GRAPEFRUIT!!
Did you know that grapefruit can be a useful food to add into a fat reduction diet? ReplyDeleteI've never actually had a grapefruit, how does it taste, if I don't like the taste, is there something I can supplement with it to make it edible to me?
ReplyDeleteI have never tried it, but I heard putting a little bit of salt on can make it taste sweet instead of bitter.

ReplyDeleteSame thing with celery. It takes more calories to eat it then it provides.
